Who We Are
We are Vicko and Pili, the owners and Chefs at Ignis and we wish to invite you to come and try our menu.
We are a new place that opened it's doors during the begining of Covid 19. We were able to endure the lack of guests and we came out stronger than before. With our experience from working in different countries from small Tapas bars, Fine Dining, Bistro to High class 3 Michelin star restaurants we decided to offer our knowledge to everyone. In order to do that we had to find a perfect solution in which we could offer our way of cooking to a wide specter of guests, after a short period of time Ignis was born. Our little baby, yes!
We are inspired by using fresh and local ingredients as much as we can, treating those ingredients as less as possible so that ingredient would speak for itself.
The goal of Ignis is to prove that even the simplest of things can make a person happy!
